This is a detached residential garage with an asphalt shingle roof, the goal mounted to the roof slope and playing out over a concrete driveway. The unit is a RoofMaster III, chosen where a pole and in-ground base would eat into the drive. Here the backboard cantilevers off the roof above the door and the full concrete slab stays clear underfoot. Like the rest of the line, the rim adjusts from the ground by hand crank, so no ladder is needed to change heights.
